The JPMorgan Chase Benefits Team is working with Vera Whole Health (apree health*) and Central Ohio Primary Care to offer advanced primary care services to the firm's 34K+ Columbus-based employees and their families.
This program is being offered at five on-site and near-site care centers, and is also open to other local employers who wish to make it available to their covered employees.
Vera's model is centered on whole person health care led by a team of primary care physicians, nurses and health coaches supported by clinics and an integrated technology platform. Vera's high-touch, advanced primary care model delivers a differentiated patient experience, quality outcomes, and cost efficiency for employer and payor partners.

* In September 2022, Vera Whole Health announced its acquisition of Castlight Health, a health care tech company that would help support Vera's mission by seeking to improve patient outcomes, reducing health care cost and expanding access. The combined company was rebranded as apree health.
