Katie leads the Data Science and Research team at Morgan Health, a division of JPMorganChase focused on improving the quality, affordability, and equity of health care in the United States. In this role, she manages the development of a cutting-edge health care data warehouse that generates insights for the JPMorganChase health plan and the broader employer-sponsored insurance market. She and her team provide data expertise for investment diligence and portfolio companies, collaborate with the JPMorganChase Benefits team across the lifecycle of pilot programs, and engage on policy at the intersection of health care data and AI.
Katie brings deep experience turning complex health care data into operational and clinical insights from prior roles at McKesson, Evolent Health, the UK’s National Health Service, and Haven. Her research is published in leading journals including the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) Catalyst, Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association, and Management Science.
Katie earned her PhD and Master of Philosophy degrees in Operations Management and Technology from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University.
