Katie Bobroske
Executive Director
ABOUTKatie Bobroske is an Executive Director at Morgan Health.
Katie co-leads Morgan Health's data science team in their work to creatively and effectively improve health care quality, affordability and equity in U.S. employer-sponsored insurance. She is engaged across the lifecycle of Morgan Health pilot programs to identify opportunities to advance clinical quality, design meaningful incentives and evaluate the causal impact of programs after launch.
She has over a decade of experience working with complex health care data both in academia and at organizations including McKesson, Evolent Health, Simprints, UK's National Health Service and Haven. In those roles, she created novel data mining methodologies and applied techniques from optimization, machine learning, and econometrics to design solutions that use limited resources to improve patient health and wellbeing.
Katie earned her doctorate and Master of Philosophy degrees from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, in operations and technology management, and her Bachelor of Science degree in operations research and information engineering from Cornell University. She teaches at the Master of Business Administration program at the University of Maryland and has authored research publications in several leading peer-reviewed journals.
